Entity Developer são licenças permanentes. Você pode continuar a usar o produto adquirido após o término do período da assinatura.

O que acontece depois que minha assinatura expirar?

Você pode continuar a usar os produtos incluídos na sua assinatura pelo tempo que precisar. O vencimento da assinatura significa que você não receberá atualizações do produto ou novas versões do produto. É possível renovar sua assinatura a um custo menor do que comprar uma nova licença.

Posso comprar uma versão antiga do produto?

A Devart não oferece versões antigas para venda direta. No entanto, se você é um usuário licenciado, pode baixar qualquer versão anterior na área de usuários registrados da Devart.

Posso instalar minha licença em mais de uma máquina?

Sim. Você pode instalar, ativar e usar uma cópia adicional em um segundo dispositivo portátil, laptop ou computador doméstico para o uso exclusivo da mesma pessoa apenas.

Uma licença pode ser transferida de um desenvolvedor para outro?

A propriedade da licença pode ser transferida para outra pessoa ou empresa, mas você deve entrar em contato com a Devart para especificar as informações de contato do novo proprietário da licença. Para obter informações completas, consulte o Contrato de Licença.

Que tipo de suporte recebo?

Os usuários com uma assinatura válida têm direito ao suporte Priority, que é realizado por e-mail e tem uma política de resposta de dois dias úteis. Os usuários que não possuem uma assinatura podem obter suporte através dos fóruns da comunidade.

O Entity Developer requer ativação online/offline?

Entity Developer requer a ativação da licença. Para ativá-la, faça login na área de usuários registrados da Devart.
