PowerTCP C++ Professional Toolkit is a complete set of TCP/IP protocol libraries that you can add to any Windows application or port to non-Microsoft operating systems using the base level classes, preserving the interface. This kit also includes compiled VBX, OCX, VCL, and DLL files for both 16-bit and 32-bit environments.
