Support and Maintenance
Support and Maintenance can be purchased at the time you purchase your product or upgrade. The support and maintenance agreement entitles you to the following for 1 year from date of purchase:

  • 3 technical support incidents annually per covered license
  • Access to all product updates and upgrades
  • Phone access to the Support Center during regional business hours
  • Access to the Online Knowledgebase
