One software license is required per device/machine.
License Price includes one year maintenance.
The license is perpetual however without a valid Maintenance Subscription you will not be entitled to technical support or product updates.

Provider Edition - For Service providers with more than one employee packaging on behalf of another organization.
Excerpt from Provider EULA: The term “service provider” means situations where licensee will perform services for an end user. The term “end users” means licensee’s customers of licensor’s software product.

Maintenance Subscription Includes

• Free updates during the period of your maintenance contract.
• Access to Raynet’s  online resources available 24 x 7.
• Submit unlimited support requests during the period of your maintenance contract.
• Transferable to another named contact within your organization if your responsibilities change.

Upgrades
Please note that the upgrade does not extend the Maintenance Subscription period.
For example if you purchased a Standard Edition License on January 1st and upgraded to the Professional Edition on March 1st the same year you would have 10 months of your Maintenance Subscription remaining.
