TeeChart JS Licensing

Commercial License
One software license is required per machine.

Each Developer license provides 1 year support services subscription with access to the official TeeChart JS release and Steema support forums.

The Server License is a license per Server Domain Network Server meaning the license is required for each Server Domain on a Network Server that the Software will reside on. Every machine installing, running and/or using the Software must have a licensed copy and its appropriate license.
(Server Licenses are for deployment outside of your organization. They require a TeeChart JS Developer License).

Non-Commercial License
You may not create derived works or distribute and publish the software in any manner that is primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or private monetary compensation. Use of the Software on web pages with any profit-making purpose is considered as use for commercial advantage. Please read the End User License Agreement in the Evals and Downloads area for full terms.

Priority Support
Priority Support is an agreement that gives the subscriber a priority support link into Steema.
Features of the agreement are as follows:

  • 12 TeeChart Pro priority Questions. The priority questions may be used at any time during the subscription period in addition to use of standard support channels.
  • Priority mails are answered by a receipt confirmation and replied to within 48 hours during working hours.
  • Private newsgroups, access to preview releases.

FAQ

Combien de temps les licences sont-elles valides ? S'agit-il de licences perpétuelles ou limitées dans le temps ?

TeeChart JS licences sont perpétuelles et incluent un abonnement d’un an pour bénéficier des mises à jour majeures/mineures, des mises à niveau et d'une prise en charge par le support technique. Pour en savoir plus, veuillez consulter le Contrat de licence.

Que se passe-t-il après la fin de ma période d'abonnement ?

Une fois la période d'abonnement arrivée à son terme, vous n’aurez plus accès aux mises à jour, aux mises à niveau et à la prise en charge par le support technique. Pour en savoir plus, veuillez consulter le Contrat de licence.

Est-il possible d'aligner la date limite avec celle de mes autres licences en cours ?

Oui. ComponentSource peut s'arranger pour que toutes vos licences aient une date limite commune, même si vous n'êtes pas passé par nous pour les acheter. N'hésitez pas à nous appeler ou nous pour nous faire part de vos besoins.

Est-ce que je peux mettre à niveau ma licence existante ?

Oui. Des mises à niveau sont disponibles pour passer d'une ancienne version à la version actuelle. N'hésitez pas à nous appeler ou nous envoyer un message pour nous faire part de vos besoins.

Est-il possible d'ajouter une nouvelle licence / ancienne version à mon compte Steema existant ?

Est-ce que je peux acheter une ancienne version de produit?

Steema ne propose pas directement d'anciennes versions, mais l’achat d’une nouvelle licence vous permet de télécharger et de profiter des anciennes versions du produit concerné.

Est-il possible d'installer ma licence sur plusieurs machines ?

Oui. La licence de développement (Development License) autorise un développeur à installer le logiciel sur deux machines, à condition qu'elles ne soient pas utilisées simultanément. Pour en savoir plus, veuillez consulter le Contrat de licence.

Le code source est-il disponible ?

Non. Le code source n’est pas disponible pour TeeChart JS.

Est-il possible de transférer une licence d’un développeur à un autre ?

Vous pouvez transférer le logiciel (y compris tous les composants) à condition que le repreneur accepte les conditions générales du contrat de licence. Dans ce cas, veuillez contacter Steema par écrit pour demander un transfert de licence, sans oublier d'inclure les coordonnées du repreneur.

Quels sont les types de support technique proposés?

Steema propose une prise en charge standard par le support technique avec tous les abonnements.

Le prise en charge prioritaire annuelle (en option) comprend :

  • Nombre illimité de demandes de prise en charge standard
  • 12 questions prioritaires par an
  • Réponse garantie dans les 24 heures, du lundi au vendredi (réponse généralement fournie dans les heures qui suivent)
  • Assistance technique à distance
  • Accès aux versions préliminaires
Est-il nécessaire d'effectuer une activation en ligne/hors connexion pour ce produit ?

TeeChart JS nécessite une activation. Si l’ordinateur sur lequel vous souhaitez activer la licence n’est pas connecté à Internet, vous pouvez utiliser un formulaire en ligne sur un autre ordinateur, afin de générer un code d’activation.
