• Usage Statistics:
  • A new metric, AI Assistant Search Summaries, is now available in the usage statistics. A table beneath the chart provides detailed insights, including the total number of search summaries generated, the number of summaries without results (either due to errors or lack of relevant information), the number of summaries that led to further interaction in the chat, and the average number of tokens consumed per summary.
  • Enhanced the clarity of column headers and tooltips in the AI Assistant statistics tables for improved data interpretation.
• Subscription Management - AI features are now accessible to users with Corporate subscription plans, expanding access to advanced AI capabilities.
• Site Dashboard - Improved the layout of the site dashboard, now displaying detailed information about search summary sessions for better monitoring and analysis.
• OpenAI Connection - Added recommendations on the Organization Profile and Version Settings pages for setting budget and rate limits on your OpenAI key, helping manage costs and prevent overuse.
• AI Assistant - Clicking on the header in the AI Assistant page now opens the home page of the associated WebHelp publication in a new tab, allowing quick access to the site.
• Search Engine - The Semantic Search feature is now automatically disabled when using Advanced Search Queries, ensuring optimal search performance.
