New in SQL Doctor v3.6

  • Full Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2016.
  • Compatible with Microsoft SQL Server on cloud VMs (Azure VM and Amazon EC2).
  • Compatible with Microsoft SQL Server as managed cloud database (Azure SQL Database and Amazon RDS) including enhanced and new recommendations.
  • Access enhanced and new expert recommendations that are unique to database-as-a-service.
  • Optional use of Extended Events instead of SQL Trace events when relevant.

New in SQL Safe Backup v8.4

  • Added complete SQL Virtual Database functionality.
  • Added support for SQL Server’s native backup format.

New in SQL Comparison Toolset v7.1.5

  • Supports spatial index AUTO_GRID tessellation schemes.
  • Workspace now displays a warning message if JavaScript in Internet Explorer is disabled. JavaScript is not critical, but is needed for some of the Workspace functionalities.
  • Improves data export to Microsoft Excel.
