AH CSS Formatter Standard V6.5 MR1

CSS - The following issues have been corrected:

• The selector :first on @page rule was applied to multiple pages.
• Margin area rules didn't cascade.
• Images overflowed when multiple floats were moved to the next page.
• Footnotes in a table overflowed.
• A table cell in the css running element always displayed zero for the page counter.
• A custom footnote counter didn't work unless there was a list before it that also used it.

Other:

• Tagged PDF became invalid when there was a float or a list that went across the pages.
• axf:form-field was not being tagged.
• WinAnsiEncoding and Acroform led to the different font name in the default appearance and the appearance dictionary.
• WinAnsiEncoding and Acroform led to the missing pdf font object if the text field was empty.
• Imported Page Error with a valid pdf.
• JPEG2000 compression created an incorrect color background.
• dotnet OptionFileURI() cleared xslt parameters.
