- Added: WMI database cache is built during installation with admin privileges, which allows browsing (but not querying) admin only namespaces for restricted users.

- Fixed: WMI Explorer no longer requires to be started elevated. To access all WMI database namespaces elevation is required though.
- Fixed: Tools tab now looks for current, next and previous year versions of tools.
