- Open and edit non-OOXML formats such as:
- DOCM, DOT, DOTX, EPUB, HTM, HTML, OTP, OTS, OTT, POT, POTM, POTX, PPS, PPSM, PPSX, PPTM, RTF, XLSM, XLT, XLTM and XLTX.
- Check the changes made to a document using the Version History option.
- Establish the default review mode in the settings. You can choose from the following options in the Common settings section:
- Markup - You can view the suggested changes and edit the document simultaneously.
- Final - You can see what the document will look like after you accept all the suggested changes. In this mode, editing is not enabled.
- Original - You can see the document without suggested changes. In this mode, you can’t edit anything.
- Manually save document versions and revisions directly to the ONLYOFFICE Document Server by enabling Force Save.
- Disable certificate verification if necessary.
- Customize the appearance of ONLYOFFICE editors.
- Get links to bookmarks in your documents. You can copy links to your bookmarks so that other users can access the required information with a click.
- Add images from your Confluence file storage.
- Use files from storage to compare different versions of two documents.
- Use files from Confluence storage for Mail Merge.
- Automatically switch to mobile editing mode if you log into your Confluence instance from a mobile device. This allows you to work with documents, spreadsheets and presentations in a more convenient manner using your mobile phone or tablet.
- Create documents directly from the ONLYOFFICE Editors.
- See the ONLYOFFICE favicons on the browser tabs.
