I have used Add-in Express Regions for approximately one year now to develop and support our in-house Outlook add-in, and can recommend it without hesitation. I downloaded the Regions product and in just 3 hours I had my custom form in Outlook docked to the right side of mail items list exactly as I wanted it. I guess this tool saved me hours and hours of work!
