- Licenses can be issued to an active directory domain or by machine name.

From January 1, 2019 Clearcove introduced a new pricing structure. The new payment options are:
- Personal License - A personal use license that cannot be transferred.
- Corporate License - A standard transferable license.
- Corporate License Pack - A pack of 50 Corporate Licenses. Multiple packs can be purchased.
Clearcove also introduced a new 3-year renewal option at a 75% discount.
