每台机器需要一个软件License。
运行阶段不免使用费,每个安装的PDFlib 库都要有自己的license, 要求每台运行PDFLib (在开发阶段, 或作为最终用户的含有PDFlib的应用程序的用户）的机器都必须有一个License。
