PrizmDoc is available in Cloud (Accusoft-Hosted) and Enterprise (Self-Hosted) Licenses.

Billed on an annual subscription basis, you will need to renew your license each year to continue to use the software. The price is based on the number of transactions your require each month.
A transaction is defined as a document viewed, document converted, document OCR function performed, form detected, or image compressed.
Enterprise
Billed on an annual subscription basis, you will need to renew your license each year to continue to use the software. The price is based on the number of servers* you are installing on.
Server is defined as equivalent to AWS m4.xlarge instances with 4 vCPUs per server: https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types
Microsoft Office Conversion, OCR, and Form Conversion are available as add-ons for PrizmDoc Enterprise Self-Hosted; please contact us for a quote.
Both Cloud and Enterprise options require you to agree to the SLA license terms which you can review here: Accusoft PrizmDoc "Shrink-Wrap" License Agreement
