Benutzer mit einem gültigen Abonnement haben Anspruch auf Priority Support, der per E-Mail erfolgt und für den eine Antwort binnen zweier Werktage garantiert wird. Benutzer, die kein Abonnement haben, erhalten Unterstützung über die Community-Foren.
