Developer License
One software license is required per machine. Run-time royalty free. Includes 1 Year Subscription for minor and major updates and upgrades.

Web Server License
A TeeChart Web Server license is required for each web server serving the Control with a serverside scriptable module. (Please note requires a valid developer license)

Priority Support
One year of priority, remote and rapid response support:

  • Unlimited number of standard support requests - With the priority support subscription your organisation may send as many non-priority support requests as needed, plus 12 priority questions.
  • Guaranteed response time - For priority questions you will be given an exclusive priority support email address; normally you will receive a response within a few working hours but Steem Software guarantee that you will receive a reply within at most 24 hours during working hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Remote assistance support - Steema Software's support tech can access your system directly if required or you can keep control of your machine and we’ll provide detailed guidance on how to resolve the problem. (Remote Desktop powered by FixMe.IT)
  • Access to preview releases - Subscribers have access to preview releases of the products under support.

Subscription Renewal
Extends your current subscription for 1 Year.
1 Month Grace Period for Expired suscriptions is available, after that you will need to buy the corresponding upgrade price option.

A Steema não comercializa versões anteriores diretamente, mas a aquisição de qualquer nova licença lhe dará acesso ao download de antigas versões do mesmo produto.

Posso instalar minha licença em mais de uma máquina?

O código fonte está disponível?

O código fonte não está disponível para o TeeChart for .NET Enterprise Edition, contudo o TeeChart for Visual Studio .NET with Source também está disponível.

Uma licença pode ser transferida de um desenvolvedor para outro?

Você pode transferir o software (incluindo todas as partes componentes), estando você ciente de que a parte recebedora concorda com os termos e condições do contrato de licença. Nesse caso, entre em contato com a Steema com uma notificação por escrito da transferência da licença, incluindo dados de contato da parte recebedora.

Que tipo de suporte recebo?

A Steema oferece suporte Standard com todas as assinaturas.

O suporte Priority anual opcional inclui:

  • Número ilimitado de solicitações de suporte Standard
  • 12 perguntas prioritárias por ano
  • Tempo de resposta garantido (normalmente respondidas em poucas horas, mas com resposta garantida dentro de 24 horas, de segunda a sexta-feira)

O produto requer ativação online/offline?

TeeChart for .NET Enterprise Edition requer ativação. Se a máquina a ser ativada não estiver conectada à Internet, você pode usar um formulário on-line em uma máquina separada para gerar um código de ativação.
