Oxygen Feedback is a comment management platform that helps you to collect and manage feedback from your users. It can be embedded in any HTML-based website or WebHelp Responsive output. It is a self-hosted solution that gives you complete control over your data. It also integrates with Oxygen XML Editor to allow you to see all of the comments in a side-view and react to user feedback by making corrections and updating the source content without leaving the application.

Version 4.0 lets users add a label keyword to the prologue of a topic allowing them to categorize and classify feedback effectively. The new Insert Label action makes navigating feedback collections easier and allows users to quickly locate the information they need. Searching by label significantly reduces the time required to find relevant feedback, streamlining the feedback management process.

NVIDIA GPU hardware encoding is much faster than CPU-based encoding. Hardware decoding allows users to play back AV1 video with lower CPU usage and power consumption. PDF/A files contain all of the information needed to display them accurately, regardless of the software or hardware used to view them, making the format ideal for archival and sharing purposes.
