PDF Viewer for MAUI

• PdfViewer throws a NullReferenceException when its AllowEditFormFields is disabled.
• PdfViewer does not have localization strings for its Done button.
• PdfViewer throws an InvalidOperationException on an attempt to use outlines/bookmarks.

• MonthView incorrectly calculates tap coordinates when it renders other UI elements above the view on iOS.
