Subject to the terms of the License, Medialooks grants you a limited, worldwide, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to commercially deploy and use the Product (Direct Take). This license is for a maximum number of 1 channel used simultaneously. Every Direct Take license is limited to a single PC.
