ResizeKit2 updated

ResizeKit2 is a component that automatically changes the size of all controls and fonts, so they can be displayed on any sized form. Full control is provided to customize the resizing process. Even if the user switches the size of the display while running an application, ResizeKit will perceive the new size and automatically adjust the size of the components and fonts.

• ResizeKit2 VCL now supports Delphi 10.1 Berlin, C++ Builder 10.1 Berlin and RAD Studio 10.1 Berlin
