dotConnect for PostgreSQL updated

dotConnect for PostgreSQL Data Provider supports .NET Framework with ADO.NET features. To reach high performance the provider uses a native message-based protocol for communication with the PostgreSQL server. It uses 100% managed code and doesn't require any client software. It provides extra functionality, monitoring abilities and offers advanced design-time extensions.
