Altova MetaTeam is an online project collaboration environment for high performance teamwork. It accelerates teamwork by making relationships clear, connecting skills and channeling information. Altova MetaTeam enables streamlined decision making with a simple collaborative framework. Assignments are aligned with responsibilities and decision-making. Features include tracking codes, a Gantt chart, controlled vocabulary and a full audit trail. MetaTeam is an always-on, no-install service running on Altova’s platform. Customers can access MetaTeam from any modern browser.

• Role-driven Standards - MetaTeam captures complete roles in one central repository including discussions, attachments, skills, planning and assigned todo lists.
• Accountability - Assignments can optionally include standard levels of accountability. RACI levels (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) can be set on assignments and reported in RACI matrix form.
• Planning Tools - MetaTeam enables teams to plan work at the level of detail they require. Roles track requirements, FTEs and time-boxing. Responsibilities are assigned by pattern of activity.
• Reporting - MetaTeam delivers drill-down, cross-linked and print-friendly reports.
• Voting - MetaTeam can be configured for open polling or secret ballots. Voting may be limited to a single selection or a selection per option. Each vote includes notes and a strength field.
• Multi Criteria Analysis - MetaTeam makes multi-criteria analysis practical by keeping setup and selection easy, and by making results clear.
• Prioritization and Advanced Ranking - MetaTeam offers multiple ways to prioritize, including optional Advanced Ranking that makes it easy to find and focus on the most important issues.  
• Organized Tasks - Todo lists and tasks are displayed in multiple views for easy organization.
• A Full Work History - MetaTeam todo lists enable highly effective assignment and tracking. Tasks are rich with description, analysis and completion criteria.
• Collaboration - Every activity is a collaboration space that can expand as needed to become a hub of activity. MetaTeam makes it easy to attach documents, hold threaded discussions, link to knowledge base articles and more.
