ActiveState Platform Team Tier

• Includes 3 Runtimes. Billed annually. Can purchase up to 75 Runtimes.
• Chat and email support - includes access to the Tech Support team from 9am to 5pm PST.

ActiveState Platform Enterprise Tier

• Includes 150 Runtimes. Billed annually. Can purchase Unlimited Runtimes.
• SLA-based Technical Support - Chat, email and phone support - includes access to the Tech Support team from 9am to 5pm PST.
