• Converting DWF -> PDF StartIndex cannot be less than zero. (Parameter ?startIndex?).
• Some CAD files are not converted to PDF.

• Missing some Aligned Dimension when converting from DWG to PDF.
• Blank output when converting DXF to PNG or SVG.
• Fixed bug of resaving DWG file in AutoCAD after rewriting CadField.
