如果您有1臺或幾臺電腦（少於5臺）使用ChartDirector, 最佳選擇是為每臺電腦購買一個 ChartDirector 程式員版license 。 "程式員License" 適合開發和生產用途。 每個ChartDirector 程式員版License 只對一臺電腦有效(伺服器視為一臺電腦)。
如果您需要將軟體在更多臺電腦上部署，您需要ChartDirector 的再分配License。 本license用於在運行階段將ChartDirector再分配至不限數量的電腦。
