In addition, the Extended License gives you the additional right to use the Licensed Software in: (i) the development of projects within your Affiliates; (ii) the creation and distribution of “white label” products, i.e. to develop products using the Licensed Software and then sell those products to third parties, who may rebrand and sell them as their own products, subject to their own end user license agreements; or (iii) use in software development projects, including but not limited to the development of applications in languages such as SCALA or similar software development environments.
Perpetual License - Under the Perpetual License, you are granted the right to use the Licensed Software upon payment of a one-time fixed fee. This license permits you to access and use the Licensed Software for an indefinite period of time.
Annual License - The Subscription License grants you the right to use the Licensed Software to develop new or modify existing projects only during the active Subscription Period, which is maintained on an annual basis by prepayment of the specified subscription fee. Projects created during active Subscription Period may continue to use the Licensed Software indefinitely after the expiration or termination of the Subscription Period.
