Product fixes in this release:

• Trailing spaces are no longer be dropped when filenames are folded over more than one line. 
• The 998 character per line limit for the message body is now correctly enforced.
• Content-Disposition file name headers are now used over Content-Type name headers.
• Whitespace character between encoded words are now removed as expected.
• None authentication now works as expected.
• DisplayNames are now taken into account when generating sending RCPT TO headers using SMTP.
