Existing customers can continue to renew their Subscription License or Silver Maintenance for Perpetual Licenses.

One software license is required per device/machine.
Subscription Licenses allow you to use the latest version of the software for the duration of the subscription term. After the initial term you will need to renew your subscription license to continue to us the software.
Perpetual Licenses allow you to use the software version you are entitled to, however without a valid Maintenance you will not be entitled to the maintenance benefits.

Silver Maintenance Includes:

• Unlimited number of support requests by support panel.
• Automatic notification of and access to all product updates for 12 months.
• 24x7 access to knowledge base
• 24x7 access to product web communities.
• Sample code, sample projects and white papers.
• Technical webinars/online product demonstrations.
• Unlimited web-based requests using eService.
• Critical security updates
• Access to hotfixes.
