I'm using Diagram package to deliver my own specialized reporting solution to the customer. So far I'm finding that using Syncfusion Diagramming is easier that I initially tought it would be. The class model is logical and extendable which is very important for me. Every aspect can be customized and with Syncfusion supporty - very easy. They do respond within a work day and that is much needed consistency.

Essential Diagram is a very complete diagramming offering for WPF. One of our customers issued an unexpectedly short deadline for a prototype including diagramming in WPF. We knew Essential Diagram was the correct component, but we simply didn't have the time to climb the standard learning curve that is quite reasonably associated with sophisticated software. We had the "guts" to request "getting started" assistance since we are experienced in WPF and just needed Syncfusion guidance through a clear set of questions we had prepared. To our delight in under 48 hours we were offered a short live Webinar with a Syncfusion team member walking us though a coding example for each of our questions and clearly explaining the underlying architecture and how to get the most from the supplied help and examples. We have found no significant bugs and can highly recommend both Syncfusion's product and their support.
