GUI Designer Requirements:

• Windows 2000 SP4 or later, Windows XP or later, Windows Vista Home Basic/Home Premium/Business/Ultimate, Windows 7
• Display: 16-bit color or higher
• Memory: 256MB or higher
• Antenna House Formatter V5.0 or later, or XSL Formatter V4.0 or later
• Lite or Full Standalone Version to use with the XSL Report Designer GUI.

Runtime Engine

• J2SE(Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition) 1.4.2 or later, or
• JRE(Java Runtime Environment) 1.4.2 or later
• Memory: 256MB or higher

Java environment is NOT necessary when using XSL stylesheet created by XSL Report Designer to apply XSLT processor to generate XSL-FO.

To generate XSL-FO with an XSL stylesheet from Report Designer requires a separate XSLT processor. The XSLT processor is not part of the product, but several are freely available. Antenna House has tested Report Designer with both MSXML from Microsoft and Saxon from Source Forge.

Purchasers of XSL Report Designer must either purchase a copy of XSL Formatter Lite or Standard or have a licensed copy of Antenna House Formatter . Antenna House Formatter is used to create the screen display (preview), print and PDF output.

The generation of XSL-FO with the Runtime Engine requires that a Java environment be installed.

"Antenna House Formatter Barcode Option" is required to print barcodes. "Antenna House Formatter Barcode Option" is only available for Windows.

Antenna House Formatter Lite has the following limitations:

• "Vertical script" is not supported.
• Reports and Forms cannot exceed 300 pages in one run.
• All other formatting limitations of XSL Formatter Lite apply.
