PowerGadgets are licensed on a per-seat basis. Per-seat licenses are licenses that are counted by all the machines on which any PowerGadgets portion will reside on.
Please see the 'PowerGadgets License Agreement ' document from the Evals & Demos section for more licensing details.
Important - Please note that the machine that you are installing the software on will require an Internet connection in order to activate it, you will not be able to use the software until it has been activated.
