Overall a great tool for giving the querying power back to the user (without having to write a squillion queries). Of course DBA's will all scream because the user can do some stupid things... but hey, they pay the bills right? Schema designer included is good (but has a few bugs, which you can work around). Customizability is second to none - fits well within any application. Don't you hate when you buy a component and at looks like someone elses component in your app? Not gunna happen with this puppy. The tutorial is well structured and lets you get at the full power very, very easily.
