Installed Perpetual License - Perpetual licenses never expire. The software can be installed on a single computer for each Installed License purchased and only be used by a single user. Includes priority support and product upgrades for 1 year, after which USPP may be optionally extended.

Installed Subscription License - Subscription licenses expire after 1 year. The software can be installed on a single computer for each Installed License purchased and only be used by a single user. Includes priority support and product upgrades for 1 year, after which the subscription will need to be renewed.

Concurrent Perpetual License - Perpetual licenses never expire. The software can be installed on up to 10 computers for each Concurrent License purchased, provided that the number of users using the software at any one time is never more than the number of Concurrent Licenses purchased. Includes priority support and product upgrades for 1 year, after which USPP may be optionally extended.

Concurrent Subscription License - Subscription licenses expire after 1 year. The software can be installed on up to 10 computers for each Concurrent License purchased, provided that the number of users using the software at any one time is never more than the number of Concurrent Licenses purchased. Includes priority support and product upgrades for 1 year, after which the subscription will need to be renewed.

Virtual License - The software can be installed on Non-Persistent Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) - Citrix / VMWare / Windows Remote Desktop Services.

All Licenses include Runtime License - Ability to access the API of the generated code in binary form (e.g. .lib, .dll or .so) and associated Liquid Runtime API.

Upgrade Support Protection Plan (USPP) entitles you to free Liquid XML Data Binder upgrades for 12 months. The first year is included with the license/upgrade fee and is renewable annually after that. USPP must be renewed within 30 days of the annual expiry date.

USPP also entitles the user to Priority email support - guaranteed next working day e-mail response for the duration of the USPP cover period.
