Previous Versions

Purchasing a new license entitles you to download and use any previous version of the same product. After purchase you will have a key only for the current version, and you will need to contact the Infragistics sales department to request a key for the older version.

Is the license permanent (perpetual) or temporal (time-limited)?

Indigo.Design is licensed per user, for a pre-paid yearly fee. For example, if you are a team of 10, with 10 designers or 10 developers or a mix of designers & developers, you will need to purchase 10 licenses.

What happens after my Annual License expires?

When your Annual License expires, you will need to buy a renewal in order to continue using the software.

Can I co-term (align) my existing licenses?

Yes - ComponentSource can arrange to co-term your licenses, even if they were not originally purchased through us. Please call us or to discuss your needs.

Can I buy an old product version?

Yes - purchase the latest version of an Infragistics product includes access to previous version of the same product. After purchase you will have a key for the current version, and you will need to contact the Infragistics sales department at sales@infragistics.com to request a key for the version you require.

Can I install my license on more than one machine?

Yes - the software is licensed per registered developer and may be installed and used on more than one computer or on a network server, as long as its use is limited to the registered developer for whom a license fee has been paid.

Is Source Code available?

Yes - all Infragistics developer tools include source code. The Indigo.Design prototyping product does not include source code.

Can a license be transferred from one developer to another?

Yes - a license can be transferred from one developer to another if the registrant leaves the company or no longer needs the license.

What type of support do I get?

Standard Support is provided with all products and includes online support and access to forums. A first-response is guaranteed within 24 hours and subsequent interactions within 3 business days or less.

Does this product require online / offline activation?

All Infragistics products must be registered in order to access them. Registration is performed online from within the account under Product Registration.
