• Improved performance when ranking items on larger data sets.

Fixes

• The status of a user can now be changed to inactive when an account reaches max user limit.
• The Changed By internal field will display as expected when making changes to item details on the customer portal.
• If work logs are an excluded notification field, actions related to work logs will no longer trigger notifications.
• Clicking on an icon inside of the source controls details panel will again navigate to the correct repository URL.
