This enables you to gain access to the code webservice for all code available for download regardless of the purchase date. This means thatany code submitted prior to the date you purchased the product will also be available to you for download. The expiration date of thesubscription will be set to one year from the date that you purchased the Total .NET SourceBook product itself.

While this may not equate to a time period of one year, customers will receive a minimum of one year of submitted code. This happens the first time that they connect to the Code Webservice and receive all the previous code that is available.

For those customers who purchased the Total .NET SourceBook over one year ago, the expiration date is set to expire at the next yearly anniversary of their purchase of the Total .NET SourceBook product itself.

Total .NET SourceBook Annual Subscription to Code:

This option is a subscription based service that allows you to purchase the Total .NET SourceBook Code Webservice for a time period of 12 months from the point that you purchase the subscription itself (not the date of the Total .NET SourceBook product purchase).

This comes with an additional cost because you will be receiving more code than those that go with the base purchase (because in this case, you obtaining access to all previous code available, plus one additional year from date of product purchase for new code as it is submitted). This is the better choice when you intend to keep the Code Webservice subscription active in order to avoid hassle of renewing the Code Webservice in less than one year's time and you would like to receive all new code as it is submitted over the upcoming year. When your annual subscription expires, you may renew you annual subscription. Renewal makes it easy to enjoy all of the benefits of the Total .NET SourceBook on an ongoing basis.

Please note that the Code Webservice renewal price is the same price as the base purchase price. Currently, a purchase of the Total .NET Code Webservice subscription includes all previously released code by the code webservice.

Annual Premium Support Subscription
The Premium Subscription is the ideal option for customers seeking the highest level of support from FMS. The annual fee entitles you to telephone and email technical support from a senior support engineer. From time to time, FMS may release new versions of existing products which add new features. These are point releases (e.g. from version 11.0 to 11.1) and are different from new builds that correct problems in existing features (e.g. from version 11.00.0001 to 11.00.0002). These point releases are available for a nominal upgrade fee to existing customers. Premium Technical Support subscribers receive these upgrades automatically and for no additional charge during their subscription term. NOTE: Upgrades between versions (for instance going from Access 2002 to Access 2003) are not considered Point Release Upgrades and are not included in the Premium Subscription. Subscriptions are available on a per product or suite basis for a twelve month period, and may be purchased at any time. You must be the registered owner of the product to purchase a subscription and the only person contacting FMS for support under the subscription.

Annual Premium Support Subscription Renewal
To qualify for the renewal discount, you must place your order within 30 days of your subscription's expiration.
