One software license is required per user.
A single person can install and activate their license on all of their own devices (for example, a desktop and a laptop).
Alternatively, if you have a shared workstation, multiple people may use the same license on that single device.

Available as an Annual Subscription License or Perpetual License (Lifetime License).

The Annual Subscription License must be renewed each year to continue using the software.

• Gives you full access to all current features and updates for 12 months from the purchase date.
• During an active subscription you receive every new version and priority support at no additional cost.

Lifetime (Perpetual) License

• One‑off payment that grants permanent access to the Current major version of SQLPro.
• All minor updates and bug‑fix releases for that major version are included.

Examples:

• One data‑engineer uses SQLPro on both a desktop and a laptop. Because the license lets a single person activate on all their own devices, only one Annual or Lifetime license is required.
• A team of four (4) database developers each have individual workstations. They need four (4) SQLPro licenses (one per user/device). They also maintain a shared test server accessed by many people; since multiple users connect, each concurrent user must hold their own license, or the company can restrict access to one person at a time and cover the server with a single additional license.
