Investintech.com Inc. is a Canadian company incorporated in 2000, who are the developer and publisher of their own proprietary PDF technology. It's used in desktop, server and developer products worldwide. Millions in over 150 countries have used their flagship PDF product Able2Extract. As a company, they are focused on providing business and consumer customers with products that are easy to use and that deliver powerful results. All the products are built by in-house software development teams headquartered in Toronto, Canada and in Investintech's European office.

The company's founding purposes are to provide professional and customized solutions to fit the customer's IT needs, including infrastructure and information security, software development, outsourcing and training.
PowerBASIC
The history of PowerBASIC compilers goes back over 25 years. That's when Bob Zale, PowerBASIC's founder, created BASIC/Z, the first interactive compiler for CP/M and MDOS. It was extended to MS-DOS, and in 1987 Borland published it as the now legendary Turbo BASIC. The compiler became officially known as PowerBASIC in 1990 when Bob Zale founded PowerBASIC Inc.
