PhpStorm is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for PHP developers, built on top of the IntelliJ IDEA platform. It inherits all the web-related functionality of IntelliJ IDEA for editing PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, working with VCS and SQL.
