• Added support to create, retrieve and update extended attributes in emails.

• Item moved event not fired for sub-folders.
• Imap client attachment names issue.
• EMLX attachments (MSG/EML) saved as separate emails in MBOX.

• Exception occurs while loading MapiMessage from MailMessage.
