Licensing:

The Site License entitles a company or organization to unlimited use of HttpWatch Professional at a single site. A site is defined as a single physical address, i.e. a building or group of buildings sharing the same postal address.

The 1 Year maintenance entitles you to a free upgrade to the next major version if it is released within 1 year of when you purchased your license, it also upgrades the Standard support to Priority Support for 1 year.
Priority Support can be renewed each year to maintain the same level of support and maintenance.
