Password Vault Manager Licensing

One software license is required per user.

Password Vault Manager is Licensed perpetually, meaning that your license will never expire.

Maintenance provides new versions and technical support for the duration of the maintenance period. A License includes either a 1 year or 3 year maintenance subscription depending on the option purchased.

The maintenance may be renewed on a 1 year or 3 year basis. If you choose not to renew, you will not have access to newer versions or technical support but you will still be able to work with the latest downloaded version you had during your maintenance period.

License Options:

  • Single User License - A user may install on multiple devices as long as each user has their own license.
  • Site License (Unlimited number of users - 1 location within the same organization).
  • Global License (Unlimited number of users and locations within the same organization).

Customers purchase Enterprise licenses according to the number of IT Professionals that will use the software.

Standard Support Includes:

  • Support level Priority - Normal
  • Initial response time - 2 business days
  • Forum support

Extended Support Includes:

  • Support level Priority - High
  • Initial response time - Next business days
  • Forum support
  • Access to the development team
  • Email support

Premium Support Includes:

  • Support level Priority - Highest
  • Initial response time - 4 Hours
  • Forum support
  • Access to the development team
  • Email support
  • Phone support (during business hours)
  • Emergency Fix
  • Data migration support
