Fixes

• Fixed the onValidatedErrorsOnCurrentPage event which was not raised when a user attempts to navigate to another page using the Table of Contents.
• The Start Page didn't display the Start button although the navigationButtonsVisibility property is set to "show".
• The Skip trigger didn't work correctly when the questionsOnPageMode property is set to "questionPerPage".
• The Complete trigger didn't work correctly when the questionsOnPageMode property was set to "questionPerPage" and a page contained required questions.
• React:
  • The onAfterRenderQuestionInput event is not raised.
• Survey Creator:
  • questionsOnPageMode: "questionPerPage" applied incorrectly on the design surface.
• Multi-Select Matrix:
  • Fixed a dropdown column which lost focus when a dependent column appears.
