Abstraction Systems
Established in 2000, Abstraction Systems is dedicated to the development of reliable high quality .NET components and applications. Since its foundation, the company has been providing consulting services and developing component-based software systems for large Swiss companies from the financial and industrial sector. The acquired know-how developing components for large scaled two- and three-tiered systems is now also used to create components for the component market. ToolTipsFactory for .NET is the first result of this diversification and more will follow. The idea for this first commercial component came about because many of the hundreds of users using our systems were complaining about the tool tips being too small and the content too limited to be of much use. Data Techniques
Data Techniques is a leading vendor of imaging and facsimile components for Microsoft Windows developers. Founded in 1984, the company released its first version of the ImageMan Imaging tools in 1991 for use with Windows 3.0. It followed by releasing the ImageMan/VBX product which was the first 3rd party VBX control on the market. Additional updates and a new ActiveX version of the ImageMan product have been released since then have made the ImageMan product a market leading toolkit. In 1994 the company released the FaxMan SDK product to allow developers to easily integrate seamless fax functionality into their applications. Data Techniques tools have been used in market leading applications from companies such as MCI, Lotus, Corel, Xerox, My Software and many other companies.
