Is the license permanent (perpetual) or temporal (time-limited)?

ZingChart is offered as both Perpetual Licenses and Yearly Licenses, to suit your needs. The Perpetual License allows you to use the licensed version forever. The Yearly License is available at a lower upfront cost, but must be renewed after the first year if you intend to continue using the software.

What is the difference between the different licenses?

The Single Website License is suitable for a blog, non-profit or simple website. It supports unlimited developers on a single Website or domain.

The Internal License is suitable for internal teams. It supports unlimited developers on a single internal application or domain.

The SaaS License is suitable for salable software, services and mobile apps. It supports unlimited developers on a single salable product or application.

The Enterprise License is suitable for multiple internal teams. It supports unlimited developers on unlimited internal applications or domains.

The OEM License is suitable for distributed software and on-premise products. ZingCharts can arrange a customized OEM license to suit your specific needs.

Can I upgrade my license?

You can upgrade your license from single domain to multi domain. You will only be charged the difference in the cost.

What type of support do I get?

The Free Branded License does not provide access to support via email, chat, or phone. Developers using the branded version of the library are provided access to the ZingChart online documentation only.

The Single Website License includes basic chat support. Premium chat support is available as and to have your issues prioritized by our team, see our support section for details about paid support packages and options

The Internal License is suitable for internal teams. It supports unlimited developers on a single internal application or domain.

What happens after my Yearly License period ends?

Can a license be transferred from one developer to another?

ZingChart is licensed per Web site or application, rather than per developer, so there is no need to transfer a license between developers within the same organization.
