Smart HTML Elements 17.1.0 takes advantage of several performance related optimizations in the latest Angular release.

Smart HTML Elements is a JavaScript and Blazor web components UI library that provides over 50 components, including charts, grids, schedulers, Gantt charts, Kanban boards, docking layouts and pivot tables.

Version 17.1.0 adds support for Angular 17, a new release which takes advantage of deferrable views to improve performance, built-in control flow for a more intuitive syntax, and faster builds for hybrid and client-side rendering.

Create Vertical Sankey Charts with Ease

Highcharts v11.2.0 offers new options for the Sankey chart series including vertical alignment and color modes.

Highcharts is an industry-leading JavaScript charting library, used by tens of thousands of developers and over 80% of the world's 100 largest companies. Highcharts Core (formerly Highcharts JS) is an SVG-based, multi-platform charting library that has been actively developed since 2009.

Highcharts v11.2.0 adds new options for the presentation of Sankey chart types. The nodeAlignment option lets you specify which side of the chart nodes should align to, facilitating a vertical layout. The linkColorMode option determines the color mode for Sankey links, including matching the "from" node, the "to" node, or a gradient between the two.

Sankey charts are a type of flow diagram suited to visualizing complex data that changes over time. With the added Sankey chart display options, Highcharts now offers more impactful ways to visualize your data.

Create Engaging Diagrams with Animation

MindFusion.Diagramming for JavaScript version 4.4 enables developers to create more informative diagrams by animating diagram items, nodes, and views.

MindFusion.Diagramming for JavaScript allows you create flow diagrams using predefined node shapes. You can use links to join nodes together and users can create, resize, select, move and modify nodes and links as needed. All diagram elements can be accessed programmatically and methods are available to changing the appearance of all elements.

The version 4.4 release has been extended to include support for animations. Diagram items support the animation of fill color, stroke color and opacity. Diagram nodes can now include bounce, shake, pulse and path animations. The diagram view itself now offers animated zooming and scrolling.

ONLYOFFICE Docs v7.5 adds a powerful PDF editor that enables users to annotate, comment, draw, and fill forms in PDF documents without leaving your application.

ONLYOFFICE Docs is a comprehensive online editor, allowing users to create text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and forms. It enables your users to edit, share, and collaborate on documents online in their preferred browser, within your own application. It's fully compatible with OOXML (Office Open XML) formats and supports popular Microsoft Office and other document formats such as CSV, DOC, DOCX, EPUB, HTML, ODP, ODS, ODT, PDF, PPT, PPTX, RTF, TXT, XLS, and XLSX.

Version 7.5 of ONLYOFFICE Docs expands its scope with the addition of a PDF editor. This new tool allows users to perform operations on PDF files such as text annotation (including highlighting, underlining and strikethrough), filling in forms, commenting and freehand drawing. The editor provides ONLYOFFICE users with a convenient and powerful way to edit files in the popular PDF format.

Replicating Desktop Docking Experiences in Web Applications

Kendo UI R3 2023 introduces DockManager, a UI component for jQuery that provides flexible, customizable web app layouts.

Kendo UI by Telerik is a suite of JavaScript UI components and widgets that can be used to build modern, responsive, and accessible web applications. Available for jQuery, Angular, React, and Vue, Kendo UI includes over 110 components, including data grids, charts, schedulers, tree views, menus, and more.

The Kendo UI R3 2023 release introduces a new jQuery DockManager component designed to help developers easily transition from desktop to web environments. It replicates the familiar desktop user experience, enabling users to create and manage movable, dockable, and pinnable elements with automatic layout adjustments. With support for various pane and dock types, DockManager can emulate desktop environments like Microsoft Visual Studio. It gives users full control over their layouts, allowing them to customize their interface through pinning, resizing, moving, maximizing, and hiding panes. DockManager also provides flexible configuration options for different pane types and docking scenarios, both inside and outside boundaries.
