Perpetual and Subscription Licenses

Perpetual End User Licenses grant the perpetual right to use the software product under the terms of the license agreement.

Subscription Licenses grant the right to use the software product under the terms of the license agreement for the duration of the licensed subscription period. To continue to use the software product you will need to purchase a Subscription License Renewal (or upgrade to a Perpetual License).
The Subscription License requires a 12-month commitment and the customer cannot opt out until the subscription period ends. The Subscription License includes maintenance and support for the duration of the subscription.
Customers can convert to a standard Perpetual License during the subscription period. They will receive credit from the subscription license towards the purchase of a new Perpetual License. Please note that the used maintenance period will be deducted from the credit.
