DXDiagram for WPF

• DiagramDataBindingBehavior throws a KeyNotFoundException when a child item is cut in certain usage scenarios.

• DataController - Grouping by multiple columns in Server Mode may be slow in data grids under certain circumstances.
• GridControl does not localize options in Font Style and Font Weight popups in Conditional Formatting menus.
• GridControl doesn't generate peers for elements in CellTemplate if TableView.AllowEditing is set to "False".
