Fixes

CalendarCombo

• Scrolling the mouse wheel over the combo when it does not have focus does not scroll to the min or max date.

CheckEditor

• Check editor's check is not scaled.

Excel

• IndexOutOfRangeException is thrown when loading an xls file that doesn't have any FONT records.

ExplorerBar

• Flicker when expanding a group.

FormattedTextEditor

• Cannot load an image into the editor if it has an '&' character in the file path.

GanttView

• There are no cell changed/changing events.
• Binding many Tasks in the UltraGanttView takes a long time and the performance hit increases exponentially with more tasks.

Grid

• Null Reference exception - RowLayoutColumnInfo.
• Using a large ValueList for the ValueList of an UltraGridColumn is consistently slow compared to using an UltraDropDown.

Panel

• Scrollbars not scaling correctly.

• Color picker is not scaled in Format cells dialog.
