I've used DocIO in our web application for the past 3 years. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing the component and am very glad I chose it. I primarily use it for automating mail merges, but recently I've also started using it to customise word docs in a variety of ways (using a starting document as a template then inserting data into tables, inserting charts and the like). There's no way we want to have to install MSWord on our production server (Windows 2008), and DocIO means that we didn't need to do this. All incidents that I have submitted have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently. We've found a couple of minor bugs, which were addressed immediately and a patch released to me within days. I also suggested some additional functionality, which was accepted and included in a future release on time as promised. So I would definitely recommend both the component, and Syncfusion as a company worth dealing with.
